mcp-midas

Unofficial MCP server for Midas Atlas. Order tools are off by default.

mcp-midas
  • Read tools: portfolio value, cash and buying power, open positions, prices and instrument info for BIST stocks, US stocks and ETFs, and TEFAS funds.
  • The full Atlas transaction history: trades, TRY and FX transfers, dividends, interest and withholding, filtered by date, category and status.
  • Technical analysis in one call: RSI, moving averages, MACD, Bollinger, ATR, volatility, support and resistance.
  • Order tools are off by default and not even listed without the flag.
  • Every order, update and cancel opens a window on the desktop. The default is No, Yes has to be pressed and held, and 120 seconds with no answer counts as No.
  • After approval the instrument and price are checked again, and every attempt goes to an audit log with credentials stripped.
Problem
An AI assistant that can read a brokerage account is useful; one that can place orders on its own is a risk.
My role
Forked from Ahmet Deniz Yılmaz’s midas-mcp. I added the transaction history, the order tools with desktop approval, the HTTP service and the session handling, and I maintain it.
Solution
Read tools are always on; order tools exist only when a flag is set. Each order then passes five gates: the flag, a preview resolved from Midas, approval on the desktop, a fresh check after approval, and Midas itself.
Result
Released as v0.2.0 under MIT, with tool descriptions and messages in Turkish. Unofficial, not affiliated with Midas.

An unofficial MCP server for Midas Atlas. It reads the portfolio and the transaction history, and runs technical analysis.

Order tools are off by default, and every order has to be approved on the desktop.
